Great question! For starters, we do not train life coaches. We only focus on the leadership, career and business coaching markets. Therefore, you will never have to listen in on a coaching role play about why someone won’t clean the garage or get on the treadmill with us. We train our coaches to help leaders solve some of the toughest challenges facing companies and teams right now:
- Leading through change
- Strategic planning
- Dealing with overwhelm
- Engaging and mobilizing employees
- Succession planning
And the list goes on. We equip our expertly trained coaches to get results for clients who are leading at the highest levels.
Another excellent aspect of our program is the ability to join at any time. Literally! Most weeks of the year we offer six live webinars. You could join today and start training tomorrow. More importantly, you will get the live training hours you need to earn your certification in no time if you apply yourself.
When joining, you decide what level of investment of time and resources is appropriate for you. For example, you could start by enrolling in our Distance Learning program for $5,390. After that, you might decide to accelerate your progress towards certification and upgrade to the Virtual Seminar level for an additional $2,960, or the In-Person Seminar level for an additional $3,960 (small discounts are offered when paying in full). Once you’ve completed the Virtual Seminar or In-Person Seminar and obtained your Executive Coach certification, you might decide to add on the Mentor Coaching program for another $3,000 to work towards your ICF credential.
Our program is super flexible and always open for entry. Other programs make you wait to get started. Not here.
Lastly, we offer indefinite access and support. Seriously. If you ever need support on a coaching engagement want feedback on your coaching practice website or want to come back and refresh with some webinars, the door will always be open.
When you put it all together, you will find that our program is unique in the marketplace and this is why many aspiring coaches do their due diligence, then join the CEC.
