On October 25, 2026, Michael Neuendorff officially completed an ICF-accredited Level 3 program with Beckett McInroy. This renowned program which counts for 132 hours incorporated coaching skills training, mentor coaching, mentor coaching instruction and a certificate in coach supervision.
As Michael put it, “This was an incredibly rich program with numerous elements to expand my awareness of what great coaching, mentoring and supervision looks and feels like. I’m grateful to the many fantastic instructors who shared their knowledge and experience with me, and I especially want to acknowledge the contributions of Clare Beckett, Caroline Beckett and Katie Drescher.”
Now that Michael has completed this Level 3 program, he will prepare his submission to the ICF for his MCC credential. Earning this credential has been Michael’s aspiration for many years and the time has now come to find out if he’ll join the ranks of Master Certified Coaches.
Michael began his coaching career as a business coach in 2008. Since then he has also been a sales coach, a public speaking coach and now an executive and team coach. He has always remained dedicated to excellence in his craft and continues to invest in developing his skills to serve clients.
