I made the investment to join CEC off one conversation a week before it started. I was looking for a world-class, robust, and pragmatic in-person Executive Coaching certification. Michael made himself available. I asked probing questions, and Michael’s authentic and substantive answers built the trust to say ‘yes.’ Within hours of coming home, I felt like the program had been undersold. It’s rare to walk away from a 3.5-day workshop feeling like you’ve received a gift, but that’s exactly what this was. Michael’s facilitation blended masterful coaching, deeply practical training, and genuine connection. The materials were executive-grade, and the community – both in the room and the alumni who showed up for us – made the experience feel alive. It’s one of those rare programs that over-delivers not through hype, but through heart, structure, and substance.

I know Mike as a colleague from his time with The Growth Coach. There, Mike was admired for his professional knowledge, successful track record with his client engagements, and his relentless “giver” attitude. As a coach trainer, Mike comes through again. He is well versed in executive coaching
