While we spend a lot of time talking about our virtual 3-day seminar, we know it is not right for everyone.
For example, you may be in a part of the world where the timing of our days just will not work for you. Or perhaps the schedule of the virtual seminar does not align with your schedule. Or you may want to go at your own pace and make the investment more reasonable. Whatever your reason, we have an excellent distance learning program to help you reach your goal of becoming a certified executive coach in 2024.
How It Works
The enrollment fee for the distance learning program is $5,390. Here is what you get with this investment:
- Access to 9 live webinars nearly every week. Cycle 1 is held at 10:00 am PST on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; and cycle 2 is held at 4:00 pm PST on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Every webinar is recorded and placed into a Dropbox folder for easy access 7x24x365.
- Access to 30 frameworks to support your coaching process. With our supporting material you will be equipped to guide leaders through Strategic Planning, Leading Change, Creating High Performance Teams, Dealing With Overwhelm, and so much more. You will quickly feel confident in your ability as an executive coach with our frameworks and training.
- Access to sample presentations based on our frameworks. Many of our frameworks have been converted into sample presentations that you can draw from for public speaking opportunities. You will find these very helpful as you seek out ways to attract new clients.
- Access to additional training resources to help you with your coaching business. For example, we do spend time focusing on how to sell and market yourself as an executive coach.
- Indefinite support. You may contact us at any time in the future about any matter related to your coaching.
- You can get experience coaching almost immediately by engaging in peer coaching with fellow members. These peer coaching hours count (conditions apply) towards an ICF credential and you will gain valuable experience and benefits from being coached. You will also establish valuable relationships with a global network of professionals.
- We have a private LinkedIn group where you can network with other members and get questions answered in real time.
- You will be amazed at how much we provide you with to get established as an executive coach. You will not want for more.
To earn your executive coach certification you will work you way through our content at your own pace. As you grow in your ability you will submit 6 recordings of coaching sessions to Andrew Neitlich, the founder of the Center for Executive Coaching, to demonstrate your coaching ability. You can easily get through this program in less than 6 months.
This program is $5,390. If you wish to work towards an ICF credential, then you should enroll in the full ACTP, which will incorporate 125 hours of training (100 live/25 self-study to include 10 hours of Mentor Coaching) for an additional $3,000.
