It is 3 days of dynamic, interactive sessions focused on getting you grounded in the principles of high-level executive and leadership coaching. You will learn the basic coaching conversation to apply towards any situation, the role of assessments in coaching, how to guide a leader towards solutions for specific challenges, how to sell and market yourself as a coach within a niche and much more including the creation of a 30-day plan before ending the program.

Note that this program is offered multiple times a year in the eastern time zone. Each program runs for three consecutive days and begins at 9:00 am and runs until somewhere between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm. You will get an hour for lunch and breaks to keep your energy level up. There will be numerous opportunities to practice what you are learning with your fellow participants.

No other program is as practical and ready for instant application. This program is $8,350. If you wish to work towards an ICF credential, then you should enroll in the full ACTP, which will incorporate 125 hours of training (100 live/25 self-study to include 10 hours of Mentor Coaching) for an additional $3,000.
