Our next In-Person Seminar this year will run from July 10-13, 2024 in the San Francisco Bay Area at the Hilton Garden Inn
It is 3.5 days of dynamic, interactive sessions focused on getting you grounded in the principles of high-level executive and leadership coaching. You will learn the basic coaching conversation to apply towards any situation, the role of assessments in coaching, how to guide a leader towards solutions for specific challenges, how to sell and market yourself as a coach within a niche and much more including the creation of a 30-day plan before ending the program.
The program runs for three consecutive days from 9:00 am to roughly 5:30 pm. On the 4th day, you’ll start at 9 and wrap up by 1:00 pm. You will get an hour for lunch each full day and breaks to keep your energy level up. There will be numerous opportunities to practice what you are learning with your fellow participants.

No other program is as practical and ready for instant application in the executive and leader coaching space. This program is $9,350 if you pay in full ($9,500 if paid in installments). If you wish to work towards an ICF credential, then you may want to add Mentor Coaching to your seminar enrollment for an additional $3,000. If you’re unsure, don’t worry, you can choose to add Mentor Coaching at any time after enrolling with us. Note that we are now an ICF-certified Level 1 and Level 2 program. Attending the in-person seminar will put you well on your way towards the live hours needed to meet the Level 1 training requirement.
