Experience

Our in-person seminar takes place at either the San Francisco Bay Area, Kansas City, or Chicago. It is 3.5 days of dynamic, interactive sessions focused on getting you grounded in the principles of high-level executive and leadership coaching. The program runs starts at 9:00 am and ends between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm on days 1 – 3. On day 4, the program will begin at 9:00 am and end by 1:00 pm with graduation.

Interactive

There will be numerous opportunities to practice what you are learning with your fellow participants. You will learn the basic coaching conversation to apply towards any situation, the role of assessments in coaching, how to guide a leader towards solutions for specific challenges, how to sell and market yourself as a coach within a niche and much more including the creation of a 30-day plan before ending the program.

On the 3rd night there will be a hosted networking reception with current Center for Executive Coaching members in the Bay Area. You will instantly grow your coaching network and get to know members who’ve gone before you through our program. This is a highlight of the in-person program you will love!
