The CEC certification in-person seminar was an excellent experience and very good value. Michael was an extremely effective instructor. After three years of Zoom meetings and training, it was a joy to spend 4 full days with humans and practice coaching together. Michael was an excellent trainer and shared a wealth of information, everything from coaching best practices, deal structure information, ICF details, books to read, his own past experiences (both positive and negative), multimedia examples, and so much more. I very much appreciated his ‘no bad question’ attitude, his patience, guidance, and personal interest in each and every person there. The reception on Friday night was a welcome break from the week, and it was amazing to meet alumni of the program to see how they’ve launched and advanced their coaching careers. I attended the CEC certification program in October lead by Michael Neuendorff. It was fantastic.
