I highly recommend the CEC and particularly Michael Neuendorff’s in person workshop. It is just the right blend of information and practice that helps you apply the principles of good coaching. Michael has a wealth of experience, and does a great job of telling stories, keeping everyone engaged, and working with people of very different levels of experience and backgrounds.
I am so glad that I decided to participate in the in-person CEC experience. Michael was phenomenal, the cohort was diverse, and all aspects of the program were appropriately challenging. I learned so much through the 3.5 days and recommend this to any prospective coach looking for a more intimate, person-centered executive coach training program.
